Nice place to stay in a good location.
Rooms could use a little updating, but, beds were comfortable. I didn't care for having to go up and down the stairs - my bad for not getting room on lower level.

Great location. Wonderful staff, but definitely needs a face lift. Rooms smell a bit. Carpets are dirty. Linens/Bedding need a face lift and bit more quality for the cost.

It was pretty noisy the night we were there, but to be expected on a Saturday. Not sure what it might be like on a weekday.

The rooms were great.. we got a downstairs room where it would be easy to unload our stuff out of the truck.... Great location, just a few blocks from downtown Fredericksburg. Rooms were clean and spacious. It's a good stay and fairly priced for a short stay.
